It comes from nectar collected by bees from various plants, both cultivated as well as growing in meadows or forests.
It has a light creamy, sometimes tea colour. It crystalises fairly quickly, changing its color to light gray or light brown.
It has a rather strong smell, reminiscent of wax, and its taste depends on the mixture of nectars brought to the hive.
Spring flower honey is made from a whole bouquet of spring flowers. It has a light creamy colour and a mild taste. Depending on the place where the bees gathered it, the aroma of dandelion, raspberry flower or rapeseed flower can be smelled and tasted.
Multiflower honey contains a lot of simple sugars: glucose and fructose. It is recommended for allergy sufferers allergic to pollen and people suffering from hay fever. This honey does not cause allergy.
