Description
How to eat cranberries?
Cranberry fruits can be eaten raw or dried. Raw fruits, due to the high content of anthocyanins, are very tart in taste, which is why eating them in unprocessed form is difficult.
For this reason, dried cranberries are most often with the addition of sugar (and sometimes even glucose-fructose syrup), as well as sunflower oil and sometimes even preservatives. These additives usually make up half of the composition.
The best for therapeutic reasons is freshly squeezed fruit juice. Cranberry juice can also be purchased at the store.
