For the kitchen, we recommend our Universal Gelatin: – ideal for meats, fish, vegetables and desserts, – enough for 2.5 liters of liquid, – practical closure, – super clarified. Try it and you won’t use any other.
Preparation and use:
How to
prepare: Pour 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 g) of gelatin into 0.5 l of boiled hot water or decoction.
Mix thoroughly until dissolved. Do not cook!
Put the cooled jelly in the refrigerator to the concentration.
Tips:
Fresh fruits of kiwi, pineapple, figs, papaya and mango contain enzymes that prevent gelatin from being concentrated.
This can be prevented by boiling the fruit for a few minutes or by using canned fruit.
To achieve an even distribution of the components in the dish, gradually pour the dissolved gelatin.
After pouring the first layer, put the dish in the refrigerator until partially solidified. Then pour the second layer.
Gelatin can be dissolved in a small amount of water, for example, to thicken the
dessert. Remember that when preparing desserts, dissolved gelatin should be mixed with products at room temperature.
The contents of the package are enough for 2.5 liters of
