Funtastic Grilled Wheat Tortilla 250 g (4 x 62.5 g)/ Tortilla

Description

Ingredients:

– Olive oil

– 1 large onion

– 2 cloves of garlic

– 500 g of

minced meat- 4 pancakes Wraps Tortilla

– 200 g of

yellow cheese Preparation:

We warm up the grill as much as possible. Then in a heated pan with oil fry chopped onion and garlic, for about 2-3 minutes or until soft. Gradually increase the heat and add the minced meat, fry about 6-8 minutes, stirring all the time. Put 1/4 of the stuffing on half of the tortilla, sprinkling it with grated, yellow cheese. In turn, we fold the cake in half. Grease with olive oil and grill the tortilla prepared in this way for 2-3 minutes.

Store

Store in a dry place at 15-25°C (protect against heat and temperature changes). After opening, store in a closed package (recommended temperature 15-25°C) and consume within 4 days.

Preparation

In order to more easily separate the pancakes from each other, the closed packaging should be bent up and down.
