Millet porridge with roasted pumpkin
– 200 g of Janex
millet groats – 300 g of diced and baked pumpkin
– 4 tablespoons of roasted almond
– chopped clove of garlic
– olive oil
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the pumpkin and hollow out of the soft pulp inside. Then cut it into about 2 cm pieces. We line the baking tray with baking paper, on which we lay out pieces of pumpkin. We grate the garlic on a small-meshed grater or squeeze and grease the pumpkin pieces with it. Pour the whole with olive oil. We put in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the pumpkin browns.
