Italian legume seed soup Ingredients:
- 1 liter of
vegetable
broth - 100 grams of Janex
country barley groats - 50 grams of Janex
yellow peas
- 50 grams of Janex
white beans - 50 grams of lentils
- salt
- onions - carrots
- celery
- roux with 30 grams of bacon and 30 grams of fine flour
- marjoram
Preparation:
In the evening we soak all the seeds and the next day cook them until soft in the previously prepared broth. Add 100 g of Janex barley groats to the boiling seeds. Before the end of cooking the soup, add the grated root vegetables and onions. Thicken the soup with roux and season with marjoram. Salt to taste.
