White Rice Long Grain/ Ryz Bialy
Rice pudding with raisins Ingredients
– a glass of long-grain janex
white rice – vanilla stick or vanilla sugar – a
tablespoon of butter
– half a cup of raisins
– 5 tablespoons of sugar
– one egg
– a few tablespoons of jam
Prepare the raisins: rinse and pour hot water. Let stand for a while to swell. Vanilla stick cross-section along. Remove the grains and together with the cane add to the milk. If you don’t have vanilla, use vanilla sugar.
Rinse Janex long grain white rice, add sugar to it and cook until thick gruel is formed. Remove the vanilla and add the beaten egg and raisins. Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter. Put the finished pudding in bowls.
Decorate each serving with jam. Serve warm as a dessert.
