Ingredients for 2 people:

– 100 g of jasmine rice Merchant

– 1 chicken
breast
– 1 carrot

– 1 chili pepper or plain red

pepper – 1 small leek

– 1 small red onion

– 5 dag of mun

mushrooms – ginger

root – 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

– 1 liter of vegetable

broth – frying
oil
– spices to taste: salt, pepper

Preparation:

Cook rice according to the recipe on the package. Wash the chicken and cut into thin strips. Soak the mushrooms in hot water for about 20 minutes, then cut them into thin strips. Vegetables wash. Carrots peel and cut into stakes. Leek and onion cut into thin rings. Chili cut into thin strips. In the less spicy version, red pepper can be used interchangeably. 1 cm of ginger root grate on a fine grater. On the heated oil put the chicken and fry for a while, at the end add the soy sauce. In another dish, briefly fry the vegetables along with the ginger. Add fried chicken, vegetables and chopped mushrooms to the boiling broth, then cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve with rice.
