Health-promoting properties of ginger
Ginger is a spice used in natural medicine for years. In many regions of the world, ginger root infusions are considered a natural stimulator of the body’s immunity. Ginger is also attributed the property of relieving the unpleasant symptoms of colds and flu. Ginger juice or syrup with lemon – especially in autumn and winter – occupied an important place in the pantries of our grandmothers, who prophylactically added it to tea or boiled water. And as soon as someone started to drip from the nose, tea with ginger syrup was almost obligatory.
Grandma’s ginger syrup has never been medically confirmed for its miraculous healing properties, but that didn’t bother us. What counted was this characteristic warming taste and aroma. Today, the same taste and aroma is offered by Polish Rose ginger syrups.
Based only on traditional recipes and fresh ginger roots, we prepare a syrup that will remind you of the taste of childhood, while being an excellent source of natural vitamin C. Ginger syrup added to morning tea will certainly give you energy and stimulate you to action.
Contraindications
Tea with ginger syrup can not be overdosed. Despite this, people suffering from stomach or duodenal ulcers and gastric reflux should not consume
