Description
ContentPrymat pork seasoning is a composition of herbs and seasonings made especially for pork dishes. It is mainly composed of garlic, sweet paprika, caraway, white mustard seeds, thyme, coriander, savory, rosemary, marjoram, black pepper, chili, allspice, laurel, salt and dried vegetables. Thanks to pork seasoning, tastes of your meats will impress all your guests. Savory is a seasoning with slightly spicy and savoury aroma. It successfully gives vibrant taste to fat meats. It perfectly matches to one-pot meals, which are so popular in the Polish cuisine and these are for example baked beans, krupnik soup or tomato soup. It goes well with vension, mushrooms and cabbage. It is used in cream and tomato sauces. Savory emphasises the taste of eggs, so it can be added to an omelette and crumbled eggs. Black caraway used to be associated with regional cuisine, but is now being used more and more, mainly because of the revived popularity of home baking and cheese making. The seeds of the plant are deep black in colour (thus the name black caraway) and are used as seasoning – most often whole seeds are dried or ground. The aroma is slightly nutty and sharp with an oregano note. Black caraway has a spicy, slightly bitter taste, something between poppy seed and black pepper. Interestingly, ground caraway seeds can be used as an alternative to black pepper.Prymat grinded cinnamon is unique for its intensive, sweet and spicy aroma with pleasantly stinging taste. This season captivates by its characteristics and is vertiginous thanks to its culinary possibilities. Cinnamon perfectly enriches spicy meat-based oriental courses and sweet deserts as well.Tzatziki spicy garlic sauce is a mix used to prepare a delicious and aromatic garlic sauce that is an excellent accompaniment to all meats and grilled or fried vegetables. Its garlic taste improves taste of all snacks giving them a Mediterranean character.Prymat grated thyme has a very strong, fantastic thyme aroma and a bit bitter taste. It is mainly dedicated to the Mediterranean cuisine. Of course, it fits to any other dishes, such as poultry, toasts, thick soups, duck, rabbit and venison. That’s why, it is a herb that can be widely used.
