BENUS Sp. z o.o. was established in Poznań in 1991 as one of the first bakeries producing whole grain bread, which was not very popular at that time. Currently, it is one of the largest producers of whole grain bread and muesli in Poland. Its offer also includes organic bread, breadcrumbs and bread from different parts of the world such as pita or tortilla.

Ingredients: water, oat grains (27%), oilseeds (26%) (linseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds), apple cider vinegar, malt extract (from barley), psyllium seed husks, oatmeal (2%), salt.

No flour. No yeast. Rich in seeds. High content of dietary fiber. Source of protein and Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids.
