Chinese cabbage is a low-calorie product, 100 g of this vegetable contains only 40 kcal. It contains the same amount of vitamin C as lemon. In addition, Chinese cabbage also contains vitamins A and B, as well as rutin and beta-carotene. It is rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium.
